Holo!!!!

I have a color that is super popular! Holidazed Over You (Love OPI, XOXO) it’s a dark blue black color. Definitely needs 3 coats (if not 4) it’s a great color once it builds up.  On the ring fingers we top coated with a No Wipe top coat then put Holo Hoop by TwinkledT holographic powder. That bring a normal manicure to new levels!
