Hello!!
I have something super cool! First I got a small light box and as you can see I’m still trying to figure out how to use it hahah I’ll get there! Anyways this is a pigment from WhatsUp Nail Art, It’s so freakin’ pretty! This bright blue is just lushish!! I used a black gel as the base and a no wipe top coat then the pigment and then another top coat.
