This was alot of fun to do… alot of work but still fun and it was so cute!! For the base I used Can’t have too many Friends (Hello Kitty Collection), The scales are made with: I Sea You Wear OPI (Brights 2015), This Colors Making Waves (Hawaii Collection), Next Stop Bikini Zone (Brazil Collection) & Visions Of Georgia Green (Coca-Cola 100th anniversay).
