Orange You A Rock Star

Hi Guys,

I love these Neons! I didn’t use a white base but this is Orange You a Rock Star (Neons) I used three coats; first one is always streaky the next two just brightened it up. I seriously love this color! It’s so bright! I topped this off with a shimmery hibiscus flower stencil.
