Whoa, this one is so bright I don’t even know what to say! lol Juice Bar Hopping (Neons) needs some white base under it otherwise it’s just too sheer – it’s like a jelly gel polish (is that even a thing?) Next I used Suzi Chases Portu-Geese (Lisbon) as a white base, then using some nail vinyls added strips with Gold Key To The Kingdom (Nutcracker), this one was hard to use like this since the glitter, while alot of glitter still takes time to bulk up!
