Let’s get some bright purple to warm up this winter… Chiffon My Mind (Soft Shades) was 3 coats and it’s a white with shimmer – Super pretty! The purple is I Manicure For Beads (New Orleans) it needed three coats as the first was pretty sheer but it almost has a jelly look to it, it had no shimmer but is a pure solid cream. The glitter is just loose purple glitter and the decal is a water decal (I have no idea where I bought it from).
