Holy man…. Who doesn’t love a good mermaid… Well this girl does!

I used some Nail Vinyls to help out… The base is Can’t Have Too Mani Friends! (Hello Kitty), then I used a makeup sponge and mixed these colors (Visions Of Georgia Green (Coca-Cola Anniversary), I Sea You Wear OPI (Brights 2015), My Gecko Does Tricks (Hawaii), This Colors Making Waves (Hawaii)) to get a pretty shimmer
