OMG I love this color!! CIA = Color Is Awesome (Washington D.C.), it’s this beutiful teal-y blue color. Only takes two coats!! Then I used I Drive A Supernova (Starlight), which applied like a dream and two coats also. For the paw print and bones I used some Nail Vinyls from Twinkled T (click link below for purching advice). The Paw i sponged on the silver, the blue bone I painted them on carefully – flash cured, removed the vinyl and cleaned up then full cure – to fill in any thinner spots ive noticed that useing a dotting tool works really well.
