Happy Winter!!
More snow where I live so heres some snowflakes!!! I hope it wasn’t my manicure that brought more snow!!! Anyways…. I have probably my favorite blue color ever. I think its PERFECT for winter dark yet shimmery and bright: St. Mark’s The Spot (Venice), I used 3 coats on this just to get a really rich color, application is great no shrinking.I used Kitty White (Hello Kitty) for the snow flakes with nail vinyls (TwinkledT), after I wiped the tacky layer from the base coat I applied the nail vinyl and used a makup sponge to sponge on the color then flash cured before taking off the vinyl. I used Unfrost My Heart (Gel Trio #1) and a dotting tool to add more snow flakes.
As for the nail art I free handed both the polar bear and pengiun use the Artist Series colors for the white and orange. The pengiun body is Can’t Have Too Mani Friends!(Hello Kitty) which was 3 coats but the application is soooo smooth I’ll use 3 coats no problem!
Well were running low on Christmas manicures this year… no one seems to be in the spirt… I think it just came too fast this year… no one was ready… (and maybe the fact Christmas stuff was out in August….)
